The Starter Pack is a one-time $19 purchase that adds 15 deep-audit credits to your balance. Each deep audit — or unsealing a past free preview — uses one credit. Agency Pro is $39/month for unlimited deep audits: no credits are deducted and every battlecard is unsealed.

Every audit starts with a free preview: the vulnerability score, the verdict, the #1 pain cluster with its verbatim quotes, and the lead ad angle. The rest of the battlecard — every other cluster, ad angle, the cold email, the Us-vs-Them table and the VoC lexicon — is sealed until you use a credit or upgrade.

Credits never expire and they stack: buy the pack twice and you have 30. You can top up at any time, including while you’re on Agency Pro — the credits stay on file for later.

Yes, any time from Account → Billing. Your remaining Starter credits stay on your account — they aren’t used while Pro is active, and they’re there again if you ever leave Pro.

Trustpilot, the Shopify App Store, the Apple App Store, WordPress.org plugins, G2, Capterra and Amazon. For anything else — support tickets, Reddit threads, survey exports — paste the text or upload a CSV and ChurnMine analyses it the same way.

Those sites only answer through a paid residential proxy, so audits from them require a signed-in account with a credit or Agency Pro. Trustpilot, Shopify, App Store and WordPress previews stay free. Collected reviews are cached for 24 hours, and re-auditing the same competitor within a day reopens your existing dossier instead of charging again.

Every quote in a dossier is re-matched word-for-word against the reviews we collected before it’s shown. Matches carry a “✓ Verbatim · matched to source” stamp; anything that can’t be matched is flagged “Unmatched · check source” rather than silently kept. Quotes are never paraphrased. The sample dossiers on the homepage are labelled illustrative composites.

ChurnMine works only with publicly posted reviews and quotes short excerpts. Ad hooks written for Meta and Google Search never name the competitor, to stay within those platforms’ trademark policies. You remain responsible for how you use the output and for each review site’s terms.

Cancel any time from Account → Billing. Your subscription stops renewing but stays fully active until the end of the period you’ve paid for — there are no refunds for partial months. Changed your mind before that date? Resume with one click and nothing is charged until the normal renewal.

Credit packs and subscription periods are non-refundable once purchased, except where the law requires otherwise or in case of a billing error such as a duplicate charge — contact us with the topic “Billing & invoices” and we’ll put it right.

Account → Billing & usage lists every payment with a link to its Stripe receipt or invoice PDF, plus a ledger of every audit and credit movement.

Yes — new review sources, bulk competitor sweeps, custom domains for client reports, higher API volumes, invoicing and procurement paperwork. Choose “Enterprise / custom” in the form and tell us what you need.

Yes. Under Account → White-label, add your agency name, logo and colour. Every dossier you’ve unlocked then gets a client link (/r/your-agency/…) with your branding and a Download PDF button; paid plans can also send our competitor teardowns. Agency Pro removes the “Powered by ChurnMine” line entirely.

Every account can create personal API keys under Account → API keys and run audits with a Bearer token. API audits use the same credits or Agency Pro entitlement as the console.

Your dossiers belong to you. Share links can be switched off, and deleting your account removes your dossiers, usage history and API keys. The Privacy Policy lists every provider we rely on.
