ChurnMine is operated by Zyveno LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113, US. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at support@churnmine.online or through the contact form.

• Account data — email address, display name, company/agency name, and the product name and pitch you save as defaults.
• Audit data — the URLs you submit, text or CSV files you paste or upload, and the dossiers we generate. Public reviews we collect can contain reviewer names or handles as published on the source platform.
• Billing data — plan, credit balance, purchase and subscription history. Card details are handled by Stripe.
• Usage & technical data — a usage ledger of audits and credit movements, API-key metadata (keys are stored only as hashes), IP address for rate limiting and security, and server logs.
• Messages — what you send through the contact form.

• to provide the Service: run audits, store dossiers, apply credits and subscriptions (contract);
• to process payments and keep accounting records (contract, legal obligation);
• to secure the Service, prevent abuse and enforce limits (legitimate interests);
• to answer your messages and send essential account emails (contract, legitimate interests);
• to improve the product using aggregated, de-identified usage statistics (legitimate interests).

We don’t sell personal data, we don’t use it for third-party advertising, and we don’t use your uploaded text or dossiers to train our own or third-party AI models beyond what is needed to produce your results.

We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf to run the Service:

• Vercel — application hosting and logs
• Supabase — authentication and database (accounts, dossiers, usage history)
• Stripe — payments, invoices and subscriptions — we never see or store full card numbers
• Google (Gemini API) — AI analysis of review text you audit
• Scrape.do and Jina AI — fetching public review pages from G2, Capterra, Amazon, Trustpilot and others
• Email provider (e.g. Resend) — sign-in links and replies to contact messages

Dossiers you share via a public link are visible to anyone with that link. You can turn share links off for new dossiers under Account → My product.

We use only essential cookies: a visitor cookie (cm_vid) that keeps your free previews together before you sign in, and Supabase authentication cookies that keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep account data and dossiers while your account is active. Deleting your account from Account → Profile removes your dossiers, usage history and API keys. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Cached public review text is discarded after about 24 hours; contact messages are kept for up to 24 months.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Email support@churnmine.online and we will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the US and other countries, using safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Data is encrypted in transit, databases enforce row-level security, and API keys and sessions are protected with industry-standard measures. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

We will post any update here with a new effective date and notify account holders of material changes by email or in the app.
